With departures today, many trips come to a close, but our friends are still exploring, having a blast, as we know! Through France, Maine, and CO our adventurers do stride, let’s look back through some pics, and go for a ride. We kayaked, hiked, and rode to our hearts greatest desire before unwinding with some games while sitting by the fire. As we recap our days, we can’t help but smile, so let’s read all about it and have some fun for a while!

Alaska Mountains & Coast (AKMC)
Today the group left Alaska, where wild adventures abound. They camped under stars and hiked on rugged ground. They kayaked through icy fjords with water so clear, glaciers towering, majestic and sheer. They faced their ice climbing challenge, where they conquered heights bold, admiring landscapes of silver and gold. In Alaska’s vast embrace, memories were carved deep. Farewell to this group, whose memories they’ll forever keep!
Alps Explorer (AX)
For our Alps Explorers, today was one of rest, but they all still agree that it has been the best! Tomorrow’s big hike promises adventures anew. Luck and best wishes, we send to this courageous crew!
Caribbean Service Puerto Rico (CSPR)
Goodbye Puerto Rico, hearts heavy with grace, community bonds formed in a vibrant embrace! In the warmth of the sun and the rhythm of the sea, memories of service and unity always will be. Farewell to new friends, with whom we’ve grown strong, in Puerto Rico’s spirit, our memories belong.
Caribbean Service Virgin Islands (CSVI)
The crew left the Virgin Islands, hearts full and content, remembering shores of turquoise, where many hours were spent. They’ll miss their friends dearly with their laughter and cheer. In their hearts, their presence will always be near. Though miles may part them, memories will stay, in their minds and hearts, forever they’ll play. So here’s to these friends, until they meet again!
Colorado’s Rocky Mountains (CRM)
Another day in the books for our intrepid young friends! They’re loving CO, where the fun never ends. This morning they hiked, feeling proud at the peak! Their campsite was bustling, excited for their feat!
Costa Rica Mountains & Coast (CRMC)
The crew departed Costa Rica, hearts heavy with farewell, minds full of jungles and beaches; it sure has been swell! Sunset hues over mountains, toucans in flight – leaving paradise behind is a bittersweet plight! We’ll miss these friends dearly, and we’re so proud of all they’ve done. Goodbye Costa Rica, it’s been so much fun!
Europe Coast to Coast 1 (ECC1)
Let’s celebrate the ECC1 bikers! A round of applause is due! Today marked their final ride, through seven nations they flew! We’re bursting with pride, wishing we could cheer in a crowd. Their achievement is unparalleled, standing tall and proud! Venice is their final stop, a bittersweet joy, but their smiles shine bright, oh boy, oh boy!
Europe Coast to Coast 2 (ECC2)
Nearing journey’s end, riders savored a “café day,” cherishing Italy’s charm in every possible way! Venice awaits, accomplishment in sight. Their spirits soar high; oh, what a delight!
Golden State Adventure (GSA)
Today the group left the Golden State, where redwoods stand tall. Trails wind through hills, and adventure calls. They kayaked and surfed, enjoying every second. It’s been a lovely trip, we sure do reckon!
Iceland Mountains & Coast (IMC)
Leaving Iceland, where glaciers gleam bright, the crew will remember their journey with much delight! From volcanic trails and geysers that roar, to fjords and waterfalls – they were never bored! Great friends were made under the midnight sun. The group may be parted now, but we know they had fun!
Maine Coast College Essay (MCCE)
Another morning of writing our writers did spend, and a trip to Point Pemaquid! The fun never ends! The time has flown by, as only two days remain. They’ve made so much progress during their stay here in Maine!
Maine Coast Junior (MCJ)
Nothing quite beats some morning exploration: the crew found many critters at a cool beach location! With friends all around, they are having a blast. The days have flown by! How is tomorrow their last?
Maine’s Downeast Explorer (DEX)
Our DEX-ers made it through and we couldn’t be more proud! Today they paddled back through the mist, cheering loud! Their final dinner in Portland was a blast, and we’ll see them home soon, with memories that are sure to last!
New England Mountains & Coast (NEMC)
Today was challenge day for our ambitious friends! They flew through their hike, and the fun didn’t end! As they returned to camp, hearts filled with pride, they reflected on their trip, this wonderful ride. With only two days left, they will cherish every second! They’re excited for tomorrow, for kayaks beckon!
Northwest Explorer (NWX)
Through the backcountry the Northwest Explorers trod, enjoying every mile. Graced by service in camp, we have pictures full of lovely smiles!
Pacific Coast (PC)
Today our PC-ers crushed 38 miles! As they flew down the coast, we love seeing their smiles! With a big day tomorrow, they spent the evening resting. Good luck and good weather, we are manifesting!
Pyrenees Mountains and Coast (PMC)
PMC left the Pyrenees, where mountains soared high, and where they adventured through valleys under bright blue sky. They trekked over rugged trails and through forests so green, passing beautiful streams and meadows serene. Farewell to the peaks and the paths they trod! While they parted today, the friendships will last for this great squad!
Vermont to Montreal (VM)
With pedals spinning, from Vermont to Montreal the team glowed, through fields and forests and along winding roads. From quaint towns to bustling streets, the group sure is glad that they all got to meet!
