Alaska Mountains & Coast (AKMC)
Our Alaska Mountains & Coast crew completed their arrivals in Anchorage today. Introductions and laughs are sure to be had as the group makes their way to camp for yummy dinner, games, and some well-earned rest. An awesome first hike awaits them tomorrow; we’re excited to see what the Alaskan wilderness has in store for this group!
Alps Explorer A (AXA)
Our first set of Alps Explorers arrived in Geneva today and met up with their leaders. The group enjoyed an absolutely stunning journey by train to Zermatt and set up camp. After a fun day of travel, introductions, laughs, and incredible scenery, the crew is tucking in for a good night’s sleep to be in tip top shape for their first hike tomorrow!
Alps Explorer B (AXB)
This crew of Alps Explorers enjoyed a baguette sandwich lunch before beginning their beautiful train ride to their home for three days in Zermatt. While en route, they shared some cookies aboard the train and played a few exciting get-to-know-you games to discover fun facts about their new buddies!
Cape Cod & the Islands (CI)
Our cyclists began their Tour de Cape Cod today. After a round of introductions and fun get to know you games, the group prepared their helmets and bikes in anticipation of their exploration of Martha’s Vineyard! With a delicious dinner (and even more delectable dessert) to boot, they are well-prepared to take on their first ride tomorrow!
Maine’s Downeast Explorer (DEX)
The birds were chirping and the bees were buzzing with anticipation for the arrival of our Downeast Explorers today! Their first day together was full of introductions and excitement as they made their way to their campsite to enjoy their first Apogee dinner together! We hope Maine is ready for these rugged adventurers!
Northwest Explorer (NWX)
Well-rested after yesterday’s travel, our NWX squad set out for Olympic National Park. They enjoyed a beautiful hike and had lunch with a view on Hurricane Ridge, even spotting some awesome wildlife! Yay NWX!
Pacific Coast (PC)
These courageous cyclists held down the fort with introductions and games while some of their fellow adventurers bravely battled flight delays, anticipating the moment that their quack pack would be complete. The crew is resting up tonight before they tackle their first day on the bikes tomorrow!
Pyrenees Mountains and Coast (PMC)
Our pioneers of the Pyrenees took to the water today in their kayaks with some incredible guides. After a delicious lunch, they hung out on the beach and dipped in the pool. How might you conclude such an amazing day, you might ask? Surprise gelato, say Kaitlyn and Will! The gang is cozied up in camp and gearing up for another awesome day of exploration tomorrow!
