The only child of a tight-knit family, Danika Robison grew up in South Burlington, VT and is now a rising senior at Skidmore College where she majors in International Affairs. When not studying, Danika spends a lot of her time on the tennis court.
A dedicated athlete, she is captain of Skidmore’s varsity tennis team and is the top ranked player. In high school Danika was also a member of the Nordic ski team and ran cross-country. Outside of organized sports, Vermont has offered Danika ample opportunity to enjoy outdoor sports like hiking, skiing and biking. As a senior challenge project in high school Danika hiked the highest peaks in each New England state and New York, culminating in a presentation on her preparation and execution of the endeavor. Danika loves working with young people and has been a tennis instructor at summer camps for the past six years. She is known to be energetic, positive and patient, and is thrilled to be working with Apogee students this summer. Danika is certified in First Aid and CPR.
